What you enter at checkout is what goes on the label so please be careful! Please check your order confirmation e-mail and contact us immediately if you notice any errors or missing information. Unfortunately once the item is dispatched we will be unable to make any changes. If you are having your order delivered to a work address the business name must be supplied. We cannot be held responsible for items that are lost (internally) after delivery to a work address.
