It is missing a rubber for the cup. I’ve emailed but haven’t heard anything. Besides that, I love this cup. I lost my first cup and ordered a replacement. Unfortunately it was missing a part. This is 40 ounces!

The top is off track and it's very hard to turn! The top and straw should be centered and it will not turn. AND it's difficult to unscrew the top when I'm getting ready to wash it! I noticed in some of the videos there is no demonstration. But I'm not surprised...
I love this tumbler! It is very durable. I left it on my washing machine by accident and it fell. Fortunately, it did not have any damage. It also keeps my drinks cold during the day and night. I wake up with ice still there from the day before.

I love my tumbler but not going to use the straw because it may melt if I drink hot drinks through it. But other than that, it is so fly.

It’s exactly like you see in the photo, It’s beautiful. I love the lime green one, and The faces of black women with different hairstyles and lipstick. It’s just beautiful and it is Big. I gave it four stars because the straw it comes with, was bent in the middle probably due to The way it was placed in the box. I would say secure the straw better but other than that, I love it. I have the electric lime duster that’ll go well with this Tumbler.
