Love my bag. I get many compliments on it. I even got my mom one for her birthday. The only thing I'd mention is I've seen totes of this style with a zipper flap so I really wish this one had one. When the bag falls over in the car or even on the seat next to me while commuting on the train, I'd like assurance nothing fell out in that process.
The way my bag was folded and smashed to fit in the packaging is sad. I am really disappointed.

This is a well made bag that can be used for multiple purposes. The handle is study and the inside pockets will hold your cell phone or wallet.
