Print sales create a huge volume of orders so please be patient with us as we work hard to get your beautiful prints out! No changes can be made to orders! We drop off a 100 tubes at a time during the print sales. This can cause delays with tracking information being updated. We do not control this transit delay. We are also great about shipping out additional prints, if the status doesn't show any movement with a a few days!

ALLOW UP TO 48 HOURS TO UPDATE TO SHOW TRACKING STATUS AFTER ITEM HAS SHIPPED! TRACKING NUMBERS! A LOT OF TIMES, USPS PICKS UP THE PACKAGES FROM THE WAREHOUSE, BUT DOESN'T UPDATE IMMEDIATELY. ONCE THE PACKAGE IS PICKED UP, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR DELAYS IN UPDATING THE TRACKING.
