Recently, there has been a lot of problems with USPS showing delivery, but the packages are nowhere to be found. In most cases, the packages show up after a few days!
- When a package is lost in transit, you must wait a minimum of 21 days after the mailing date before you make the claim. If an item arrives at the buyer’s door damaged, you may make a claim with the post office immediately.
- If a package is returned to Pardon My Fro due to an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. Pardon My Fro is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by a customer.
- Lost or Stolen Packages - Pardon My Fro is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Pardon My Fro will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
- Please note, Pardon My Fro shall not be held liable for any interruption of shipping/delivery service (domestic and international) due to causes beyond its control, including, but not limited to, the following: incorrect or missing address information, the unavailability or refusal of a person to accept delivery of the shipment, customs, disruptions in air or ground transportation networks and national disasters, etc.
Returns/Exchanges are only accepted in the case of damaged goods. If you have received your purchase and it is damaged, please email email@example.com within 7 days of receipt.
