A. If your item arrives damaged, please send an email to email@example.com and we will assist in arranging an exchange or return. You must contact us within 7 days of receipt of your item.
Q. WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
A. Orders are shipped within 15 business days from the date you place your order. Please allow extra time for the processing and shipping. You will receive a tracking number when your order has shipped.
Please note, during the holiday season, processing and shipping may take longer than 15 BUSINESS DAYS.
Q. WHAT IF MY ORDER IS A GIFT?
A. At this time, we do not offer gift wrapping.
