Pardon My Fro is an exclusive lifestyle brand of clothing, accessories, and chic home decor crafted specifically for that kind of woman. 

When our founder Dana Bly started her natural hair journey, she hit the marketplace in search of imagery of natural Black women that was bold, fun, and vibrant. A seasoned graphic designer with years of experience creating custom stationery, invitations and illustrations for her clients, when she couldn’t find what she was looking for, she decided to create it herself and launched Pardon My Fro (PMF) in 2010. 

A die-hard Prince fan since she was a teenager, Dana’s approach to design embodies everything he stood for: living life on your own terms and doing it with remarkable style. Her vision for the brand is to offer other women that are proud of their hair and their heritage, products they can literally see themselves in.  

Be it through our signature line of shower curtains, eye catching travel bags, or super comfy tees, PMF has something just for you that’s functional and fabulous! All of our products are made with a careful attention to detail and exceptional quality; and many items feature the color green because it’s the color of life, renewal, and energy.

More than a lifestyle brand, Pardon My Fro is becoming a movement with a cult-like following on Instagram to prove it. We’ve been featured in the holiday gift guides of legendary outlets such as Essence and Ebony magazines, and in 2015, Essence selected Dana to illustrate their entire horoscope calendar for the year!
